Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game industry, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us at Harmony@kazpacks.com with your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment; however, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs and will be deducted from the refunded amount. To request a cancellation, please email us at Harmony@kazpacks.com with the subject line "Attention: Cancellation Request."
